I began my career as a counselor in private practice over thirty years ago in the Chicago area, licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor.  I have helped thousands of individuals and couples through counseling.

I have been helping large and small businesses for over twenty years to improve their operations, their communication, and their bottom lines.  I have used hypnosis in workshops and seminars for stress reduction, weight loss and smoking cessation.

I received my certification as a meditation teacher in 2001, and have enjoyed helping my meditation students learn how to meditate or for those already meditating, to improve their meditation practice.

Along with cognitive therapy I offer hypnosis to those who may benefit from it.  Hypnosis is a powerful tool when used properly by a professional and has the potential to be extremely helpful in many situations.  I offer introduction to meditation classes for those beginning meditation as well as those wishing to review their techniques.  I go into businesses with the goal of strengthening communication, operations, and profits, as well as offering stress reduction, smoking cessation, & weight loss workshops with hypnosis.
